Alright let’s get down to it and tell you about your new pad! your location: why not walk to school and live on the safest block in saskatoon? this is on east side (harvard crescent). super quiet. super safe, i’m talking leave the convertible top down and never worry safe, and has great bus service. … no more avenue x living for you! let face it, west side is a little too... stabby for most folks. you’re even just a half block from the park! google map harvard cres, it’s a prime location! this place is in super convenient college park close to all the new things like groceries, gym, university of saskatchewan etc. no more 20 minute drive in traffic just to get to class or the gym or groceries for you! heck, you could walk there in summer if you’d like. the building: you’re the main floor. that’s right, the penthouse. nobody above you to interrupt your mojo on a lazy sunday morning. lots of room at 1350 sq ft too! sleep late baby! your basement neighbours are awesome too. the kitchen: nice open concept space with tons of cabinet and counter space, big double sink and lots of light. decent fridge, lots of storage room, i can dig it. you may even forget about taco tuesday and learn to cook. big pantry if you wand to stock up on cereal! the mobile island, that’s all yours as well. moving to the living room: hey, good sized one too. and that’s real 120yr old barn wood on the feature wall! no more tiny little boring living room that’s a blank white room and nothing more. tons of natural light and nice enough to impress even a crazy tinder date. the bedrooms (3): nice large master bedroom with its own en suite half bathroom! wouldn’t it be nice to not have someone else dropping bombs in your toilet? nobody else smashing the sink with toothpaste every morning and not rinsing it out? you got it here baby. the two other bedrooms are both decent size and every bedroom has closets! what can i say, you can throw down some magic in there no problem. room to study too! the bathroom(s) 2: completely renovated and even includes a quartz top vanity! beautiful new tub and shower. enough light to nail your eyeliner the first time, every time. for real. no more 30 year old vinyl with who knows what on it! it’s actually pretty pimp. the yard: tons of room for bbq and chillaxing. you even have a fire pit area! could also throw a little bistro table out there and enjoy a glass of red on a friday evening. your own little private retreat to de-stress. your choice. it’s shared between tenonets and you've got your own direct entrance to it. laundry: you’ve totally got your own right there in the suite. you don’t have to share with anyone! no longer will you worry about that creepy neighbour snooping through your gotch or swiping your $200 bra. ewww. it’s new, it’s reliable, it’s all yours. parking: you’ve got 2 off street assigned parking spots. all yours. no worries about anyone taking them. garage parking is available at a small increase too if you're interested? animals: yep, bring them along. there’s a monthly fee but i love dogs. cats are okay, i guess, sometimes.. ;) the landlord: as you can tell, we’re not your average landlord. you’re not going to find us snooping through your stuff unonenounced, wandering through the apartment without notice or any crap like that. am i cool with you paying rent late? no. not at all actually, there’s serious consequences for that in fact. but if you follow the rules, are easy to deal with if something comes up, i’ll bust my arse to make sure you enjoy the place for as long as possible. let’s face it, lots of landlords won’t, and moving sucks. the lease: yes there is one. i’m going to set you up with a 12 month lease to start. near the end of that we’re gonna talk. is it everything we both expected? everybody still cool with it? if so, right on, we’ll extend it on an annual basis. easy stuff! utilities: heat and water are 100% covered! tenonet pays their own power which is separately metered. think this fits your needs? cool. fire me a response and i’ll get back to you with a few questions and we can make sure it’s a great fit for both of us! talk soon.
