1 bed 1 bath - townhouse 2593 rue rachel e, montréal, qc h2h 1s3, canada hello 😊 … i am a youthful (yet responsible) 54 year old man … who is in the process of selling my condo (after 9 yrs in the mortgage game). instead of acquiring another mortgage … i’ve decided to use the equity in my condo to pursue some artistic endeavours for a few years as an independent artist. it’s never too late to invest in yourself … so i’m going to exploit the economic explosion of the real estate market over the last 9 years, and find a new home to rent in the mile end, plateau, ville-marie, rosemont , or hochelaga neighbourhoods. hopefully sooner than later … i have an extremely quiet, small, and well-behaved 14 year-old cairn terrier (named bob). we both have excellent references … especially bob. we’re looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom condo / townhouse / apartment that is available any time after december 1st (depending on how quickly i can sell my condo). i’m going to live a frugal existence as a ‘starving artist’ … so i’m not really looking for anything over $1600 (depending on what’s included in the lease) … with t least 500 ft.². i can supply my own fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, or stove if needed. before i purchased my condo 9 years ago, i rented a place in the ‘trendy’ plateau for 14 years. i’ve literally never been late with a rent or mortgage payment in my life … my parents even like me 😁. please help me find a home for bob and i … preferences available (for both of us).
