*****please read entire ad before responding***** our one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment will be available to rent on bellefair avenue in the prime beach area of toronto. available november 1st, 2026 the unit is completely self-contained and separate from the main house, and the tenant will enter from the rear walkout. there are no stairs. my husband and i live in the main house, which is a 2 story semi-detached. we are non-smokers with no pets. we are looking for a quiet professional (preferably a female) who is also a non-smoker with no pets. our last tenant just moved out after 6 years, as she has relocated to another city. we are hoping to find another tenant who wishes to make this their home for the long term. the apartment is a one bedroom with a small foyer/entryway, your own laundry (washer/dryer unit), and a large closet in the bedroom. you will have your own back deck and use of yard (our deck is above yours). the photos in the ad show the apartment during the last tenant's occupancy. the rent is $1500 and all utilities are included (heat, hydro, internet, cable). there is street/permit parking. your references will be checked as well as credit history and proof of employment. ***please note that due to ductwork, there are some areas in the unit that are 5'11 in height. the rest of the unit is 6'6. we look forward to meeting you. please message with any questions and tell us a bit about yourself. serious enquiries only please. thank you for your interest.
