Looking for someone to take over my lease from october 1st for this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom basement. (lease ends in may) very spacious (almost 1000 sqft) master bedroom has a walk in closet and bathroom has in-unit laundry and comes with parking. full kitchen with stove, microwave, oven i would not be letting go of this unit because it’s such a good deal but due to personal circumstances, i have move out. 5 minute drive to square one, square one go, hwy 403. miway station is a 2 minute walk from the place.
