End unit no. 42 looking to sub-let end unit until 30 apr 2027, when our lease ends and sub-let can negotiate new lease with the property manager, drewlo holdings. we are a government working couple moving to halifax and need to sub-let our unit. we are currently renting for $2625 per month, but reducing to $2500 per month in order to entice the right tenant. this is a nicely maintained 3-floor townhouse end unit. it has a full garage with additional parking in front of house. the lower floor has large bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, and enclosed deck of this room. also in this room is access to furnace, on demand hotwater tank, and has a small amount of storage under the stairs. upstairs on the main floor is a galley style kitchen with built in microwave, ceramic top stove and electric oven, fridge and diswasher. the kitchen seperates the dinning area from the living room, where a second patio opens up overlooking the front of the house. upstairs on the 3rd floor are 3x bedrooms, where the master bedroom has nice ensuite bathroom with large shower. the remaining 2 bedrooms are smaller, but able to easily hold full or queen size beds. also up here is stacked front load washer/dryer closet with lots of storage for linens. this unit is pet friendly with no minimum restrictions. questions, or a request for viewing can be made to robin sheffield through this post.
