1 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment with separate entrance and driveway. small private grass area and storage shed. previous tenant was able to fit two compact cars but the space generally fits one car with room to spare. located in the north end near amenities and bike path as well as bus route. this apartment has ground floor entry and stairs down to the open concept kitchen and living space. large bedroom and walk in closet. bathroom has stand up shower, vanity, and stackable washer and dryer (2 yr old unit) renter pays own electricity (including high efficiency baseboard electric heat) landlord provides sewer/water. we live upstairs and are looking for a mature and responsible tenant who is prepared to provide references. we are looking for someone who doesn't smoke or vape indoors and while we love our pets we would prefer a tenant without them (however for the right person we can certainly discuss this and negotiate) additional terms will need to be signed along with lease. first and last months rent required on acceptance.
