Apologies to all, unable to reply until sept 14/15. near south park and morris/university. recently renovated, euro appliances. very functional space that includes pull out double size bed, tv, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. etc. most everything a mature student might need. well managed small bldg. included in rent is electricity, heat, hot water/water. available july 5 with option of 12 month or 14 month lease. if interested, pls reply with a description of yourself, what you do etc. do not send references or proof of income until requested. thank you.
