Hi everyone, i am looking for someone to take over my lease on a spacious 1-bedroom apartment at 2745 king st., from september 1st, 2026 to august 31st, 2027, with the option to renew at the end of the term. - duration: september 1st, 2026 to august 31st, 2027 rent: $1820/month - utilities: fixed rate at $145/month (including heat, water, and electricity with unlimited usage) - underground parking if you have a car: $195/month (safe and clean); you will be parking on the p2 floor, and there's a car wash on the p1 floor. both are accessible with the stamp on your car's windshield (provided when you move in). - amenities: in-suite laundry with samsung washer and dryer, whirlpool fridge, whirlpool electric range and oven, whirlpool dishwasher, in-suite thermostat, spacious balcony, spacious bathroom, 2 closets in the bedroom and one large closet right outside the bedroom's door, and many built-in storage spaces for your stuff, etc... - building facilities: the backyard on the 4th floor of building 2735 is accessible to tenants (very spacious with bbq grills and a sitting area for outdoor activities); the gym on the 2nd floor; membership can be paid on top of the rent. - neighborhood: tim hortons, shopper drugs mart, sobey, vitality spa downstairs, the warehouse market downstairs, furniture shop, bus stop, etc... great area/unit for young people/small family. - no pets and smoke-free. - i have been living here since july, 2025; no issues with anything so far. - please dm me if you're interested in taking over the lease so that i can transfer you to the leasing office. - i have some furniture that i can leave for you as well.
