Hi, you'd be sharing with a mature lady (hippie) with a non allergy cat, who will give you your privacy but you must be a pleasant person. i’m not noisy. you are welcome to have your friends over but no loud music please. this place is to be a warm home to anyone who needs one. it’s a non smoking building but people still do it on their balcony. never indoors. amazing harbour view from a large balcony. kitchen has; dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, pots, air fryer, microwave and toaster oven as well. your bedroom has; bedding, curtains, large bed pillow, bed, towels, lamp, desk/wood table and chair. view from room is trees. bus stops are 6 min walk. bus #90, #91 and #8 . i am 15 away from sunny side mall, 10 min away by bus to msv university, 35 min to dal and downtown etc. rent includes: private bathroom for you as l have an ensuite. full use of condiments, detergent, dish towels, dining room, kitchen and living room. includes electric, heat, hot water, wifi, discovery+, condiments, smart roku tv., air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, cutlery, furniture, and must respect my non allergenic cat. (blue russian shorthair.) very friendly, except to mice. i do keep home made bread, home made jams, eggs and snacks around to share. parking needs a few months advance notice. damage deposit must be paid to hold.
