We have a very stylish and well appointed house located in whistler. the room available is equipped with a king bed, high quality mattress and linens, desk, large closet and its own ensuite. preference for one person, a respectful occupant as looking to keep the house peaceful and organized and have found it’s a good fit for the house. available april 1st. in person or virtual viewings easily available. you’re welcome to stay till the end of season (end of june) or long term. if you would like to stay on for july and beyond, monthly rent will be reduced. a deposit of a full month's rent is required.you will be living with us, a couple with 2 young children who come to whistler on the weekends and holidays (we live in vancouver full time and like to spend our weekends and summer in whistler). our bedroom and the kids bedrooms are located on another level of the house, however, obviously you would have to be ok with us and 2 young kids being in the shared spaces when we are at the house. included shared spaces are a high-end kitchen and cafe grade coffee machine thats fully stocked with everything you would need, a large dining room and living room, deck with bbq as well as an informal tv lounge. great garage space for all your gear (skis, boards, bikes etc) with dryers for shoes and gloves, and secure storage for any other gear you have as well. we love our current housemate but she has got injured and now heading home. happy to put you in touch with her so you can ask about us and how the house is etc.rent is all inclusive, nothing more to pay. inclusive of utilities and internet, including enterprise grade wifi (very stable/reliable if you work from home). as well as everything you would need in a house - all linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen and appliances, cleaning supplies and basic necessities like toilet paper, soap and washing detergent are provided. we are looking for a good person that respects our house and furniture and are easy to live with. given we have children we are super strict on no smoking of any kind and no drugs/parties…i cannot stress this enough. we don’t even allow smoking on our driveway, so if you are a smoker or vaper, it really won’t end well. and if you don’t like kids, this will not be the right fit for you. white gold is a very nice neighbourhood and is one of the closest to the village. it is a 10 minute walk to whistler village (olympic plaza). it’s a 15 min walk to the base of whistler mountain or blackcomb. there is a winter season bus service with the bus stop located over the road from our driveway that drops you at the base of whistler in 6 minutes (if you miss it, it's just quicker to walk than wait for the next bus).if you take the time to explain who you are then i will be happy to respond to you. i know there are lots of scams out there so happy to provide proof of ownership, do an in-person showing or via facetime and provide references of our current and past tenonets so you can also do your due diligence before any money exchanges hands.
