Love this apartment. 650 sqft, aircon (heatpump), insuit laundry, new appliances, pretty new building, close to redbarn and country grocer, bus ride to saveon, pharmacy, dentist, liquor store- all you need is nearby. close to bus routes 24, 15 and the 25 stops directly outside, 20 steps from the door- the return to town is just across the sreet. pet friendly, bike n parking. building is pretty safe, never stolen packages, people are friendly. did i mention the kick*ss view? 6th floor (top) and you get a full apartment wash of direct sunlight from 11am till sunset. my house is a jungle of plants. available nov 02. the story? i gave my notice by email not realising it adds 3 days and thus i'm on the hook for nov rent unless i can find someone to fill it. i'm moving out nov 01. im moving to live with someone, otherwise i'd never leave. super convenient spot. rent was 2175 when i first moved in, paying 2312 now, i dont know what they'll ask for, if i'm completely honest. im happy to show you the apartment. its managed by capreit. help me out and move on in in november!
