Unfurnished 3 bedrooms + office. 2 car garage this is the 2nd house on 1 acre of land shared with another self contained house where the landlord lives (me). ideal for those seeking a bit of a community experience. the houses are separate enough for privacy but close enough that it's nicer if we get along, can garden together, sit around a fire together, do some shared food stuff, etc. pets upon approval. there is a fenced back yard good for dogs but deer frequent the unfenced front yard and just outside the fenced back yard so dogs that bark at or chase deer aren't a good fit. indoor cats only.utilities are extra. lgbtq+ friendlylandlord is a leftie. politics wouldn't usually factor into a rental but with the need to get along on the same property i feel it's important to share similar values. note: will consider renting individual rooms. if you fell in love with the pics, feel like engaged co-living is your jam but you're a solo person, reach out. we might get lucky and get 3 folks who can share the house in harmony.
