To all potential landlords, we are a family of three currently searching for a long term rental home for the end of september or early october. our family consists of myself, my partner, and our son son who is currently 11 years old, and will be starting grade 7 this fall. we are a quiet, respectful, family oriented household looking for a safe and stable place to call home. we are seeking a three bedroom house with a yard and pet friendly accommodations. we have cats and one dog, all of whom are well cared for and considered part of our family. we are responsible pet owners and would be happy to have you meet our fur babies. our household has reliable and stable income. i receive aish benefits and also work part time as a delivery driver. my partner receives aish benefits and has worked full time at just smoking eavestrough for the past six years. together, our income allows us to comfortably afford our housing expenses and maintain a stable home. our preferred budget is up to $1,700 per month plus utilities or under. if utilities are included, we would consider homes up to $2,000 per month. we take pride in being responsible tenants. we keep a clean home, pay our bills on time, respect our neighbors, and are looking for a place where we can settle down for the long term. stability is very important to us, and we hope to find a home where our family can grow and thrive. if you have a suitable property available for the end of september or early october, we would love to hear from you. we can provide proof of income, and any additional information you may require. thank you for your time and consideration.
