About This Property
I am just putting some 'feelers' out there for now to see how things might evolve. i own a two bedroom mobile home in southridge, which i am currently renovating. it isn't fancy or 'decked out' but it is functional, clean, safe and secure. i am myself trying to navigate the world we are now living in and truly just want to do my part, as a decent human being, by helping someone else in a difficult situation obtain a safe and secure place to live at a liveable price, while collecting a minimal fee to help maintain my existence as well. i guess my main goal is that i find an honest, honourable and respectful person who won't take advantage of my good intentions while having good intentions of their own. i am a quiet, personable guy with pets. while i would prefer to find a female roomate, i am open to coexisting with a respectful, non-aggressive male cohort as well. children are not a problem, nor are pets (as long as they're trained and can coexist with my fur-kids). i will not lie, there is work that is being done around here, but a little extra income will make that wrap-up fairly quickly. cable, wifi, laundry and all utilities will be included... $550 bucks covers all (no small print). also, i've been working hard to make my backyard a nice place to spend time in and you will be more than welcome to take advantage or even contribute, if you're a nature person like myself. there will be restrictions on the flow of visitors, no parties and no abuses of the rules we will delegate before your taking residence but i'm a decent guy and feel confident we will be able to find reasonable, respectful common ground. there is one parking spot included or city transit is also a little over a block away. anyway, if any of this seems to align with your personality and predicament, feel free to message me and we can start with a conversation. *final note: the management here has a policy of approving new residents (yes, even renters from owners). so criminal records may cause a problem but not necessarily... just wanted to put that out there. i apologise for the essay, but i think i made my case and really hope to help someone who really deserves to find some stability and begin a new, hopeful chapter! looking forward to hearing from you! peace!
