I have a 2 bedroom basement suite (one bedroom is pretty small the other is big) on the west side $1250 including utilities (anything over $400 gets split between upstairs tenants and downstairs tenants). dogs welcome (with a $500 pet deposit) upon meeting the dog. 6 month lease.
