Rooms for rent: for either commuters that need a place to stay while they are away from home or students. in this air conditioned bi-level home located in the heart of thickwood heights. located close to city and plantsite bus stops, as well as convenience stores and fast food outlets. the greenbelt is located just steps away from this quiet neighbourhood home. you will have full access to a full kitchen on the upper level and a partial kitchen downstairs with a fridge, microwave, convection oven, and sink. along with the rental room you will have access to wi-fi, cable t.v. and all of the utilities are covered. use of the washer and dryer is also included. some house rules are probably no different than other rental properties, no drugs, pets, parties, children, loud music, or visitors as you have to respect the other tenonets space. so if you are a commuter or a student either working or going to school then i can provide you a place to stay.
