(legal) basement suite (lower duplex) private entry. big, bright and airy 2 br basement suite. one bathroom, large kitchen with eating area. dining room (which some have made into an office) and living room. use of fenced back yard. upstairs tenants use the front yard mostly. flooring is laminate - no carpet. pet friendly for a cat! washer / dryer (laundry facilities) included. shared with upstairs folks who have been there for many years. - very stable. fridge & stove. parking for one vehicle at the back of the lot. street parking if you have more than one car. can accommodate a family with 1 child if that is your need. elementary school is handy and across the street. please respond with your phone number and what you are looking for in a home. we have a solid, friendly neighbourhood and a family atmosphere where people tend to stay long term. prefer non-smoker but if you’re a smoker, you cannot smoke indoors. if you like to party late at night, you’ll need to seek accommodate elsewhere. this is a ‘family’ accommodation and people have to be very early for work.
