Iso house perhaps with 2 kitchens but not a deal breaker dad, son, daughter in law and their 1 year old with one on the way. we have 2 medium dogs and 3 cats. a garage would be nice but again not a deal breaker. we would really like to move before winter closer to ellerslie. we are responsible tenants that don't party and currently e-transfer is how we send our rent to our landlord. can pay $1800-2000 plus utilities. we have our own lawn care equipment as well. please message me if you have something that would suit our family needs. thank you.
