Rent paid for the month of april! available april 15th hi there i’m looking to do a lease takeover for my 1 bedroom apartment. i really love living here i just renewed my lease in october but i need extra space. carlton apartments is a lovely building with a really strong community, everyone looks out for eachother. in my year and nearly 6 months of living here i’ve never had any safety concerns or break-ins. the building and shared spaces are kept clean. there’s also also a nice gym with a suprising amount of equipment, including weights and a barbell for weight training. the unit is #410. the elevators are fast and though the building is 10 floors i rarely find myself waiting on the elevator.
