Lease take over! we have been in this building since 2022 and it’s so so great! wonderful tenants, great staff. if anything breaks they fix it usually the day of or the next! we will miss it! the house will be all cleaned out and be move in ready! we are hoping to find someone to take over our lease. oct 1. lease is until the end of march. you can renew lease (there are month to month options, 6 months and 1 year options) 40% off tv/internet etc if you go with telus. you have to pay power but usually it’s about $40/month. about: $1840 heat & water included 2 bed room 1 very large room with big closet. 1 medium sized room with closet. 1 full bathroom 1 large storage room dishwasher garbage chute laundry on your floor for easy access (does not take coins - uses an app!) indoor heated parking street parking please message me for any other details. serious inquiries only please.
