Hello, i am looking to rent a bachelor/studio suite for a maximum of $1000 per month. anything around the $800 mark would be especially suitable since i am a full time student paying for my own tuition. i specifically desire the open concept of a studio/bachelor, and am not interested in other suite styles. i am a single, 38-year old woman with no pets or dependents. i lead a simple, peaceful minimalist lifestyle. i am quiet, respectful, friendly, and i keep my living space exceptionally clean. i have a small car for which i require nearby parking. as mentioned, i am a full-time student about to begin my 4th year in a bachelor of social work degree program. i am funded by provincial and federal student loans. ;i have first and last month’s rent ready at any time. i would like to move in to a new place for september 1st. thank you, and enjoy the day.
