Look at that yard! clean, quiet basement suite in classic home with the same amenities of any upstairs suite! private entrance, private laundry, personal storage, garage parking, and yard with fire pit, gardens... located in eastwood (where michael j fox grew up!!) walkable to groceries, transit, schools, and more. close enough to 118ave to benefit from festivals and community but far enough that our bicycles don't get stolen out of the yard :) very bright, large garden area. windows look out onto garden, not street, which i think is nice. please note, there is a shower but no bath tub. available to individuals, couples, students, professionals, those with children. dogs may be allowed, sorry no cats. shared utilities with upstairs. available june 15 or july 1 please note, this is my mom's rental suite. she does not have facebook. please message with info about yourself and contact info (like email or phone, and some viewing time options) so i can make the introduction.
