I am helping re-rent our apartment as our lease goes until december, but we have to move back to b.c. we are leaving sept. 15th so if you apply and start your lease for october 1st., you can have the last 2 weeks of september free. the apartment is in the brand new atlas apartment buildings in the nw. our apartment is a one bedroom plus den on the top floor (no upstairs neighbours!) it's a very nice place, https://www.atlasliving.ca/ every building has different games rooms that everyone can use. the main centre in the middle has a gym and media room. it's all very nice. and pet friendly! we can actually see a bit of the rockies on a clear day. :) if you are interested please message me here. the security deposit is only $500 as well. :) oh! and heat is included, that's a big deal in calgary. :) internet is included also. atlas apartments may also have on their one month free offer as they quite often do. :) you must message me here first and i will forward your information to atlas properties to ensure that you will be shown our apartment and not any other vacant apartments. you will have to go through their regular application process for new tenants.
