Location - around eau claire area this is a sublease. lease till may 2027 actual rent is 1559 you have 100$ discount on your lease per month you also have last month's rent free , which will be may 2027. unit comes with 300 mbps shaw internet. its free but you will have to return the box at the end of your tenancy to rogers. utilities (electricity and hot water) are not included. my monthly cost with 24 hours ac set to 20 celsius has been 70 per month. i have given them 1000 security deposit, but we can discuss this. there is furniture and appliances bought 4 month ago when i moved in. the boxes you see are amazon boxes they came in. i kept them in case i buy a condo and want to move, but will throw away before your move. you can choose to keep the furniture / appliances or throw them away. highlights are, 50 inch tv with stand water distiller work desk with an amazing chair bed side tables x2 power vaccum i need to leave the country, but dates are flexible. i will not hold the unit for you until you pay the deposit. the application will need to be approved by the management.
